Designed for inkjet printing. Heavy duty face to be used under extreme moisture. When chemical resistance is needed pre-testing pre-testing is recommended due to the wide variety of chemicals.

Oil and Industrial Chemical
On-demand labels are primarily used for large industrial chemical containers rather than retail oil cans. Good like bulk oils, chemicals, plastics, paints and sealants are stored and transported in Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) and steel and HDPE drums. These require GHS hazard markings and other information concerning the nature and handling of content and enabling traceability. 

BS5609 approval for marine transportation
BS5609 is a recognized standard for self-adhesive labels for marine use. It contains provisions to ensure that dangerous goods transported by sea should be durably labeled and identified.

Inkjet films approved to BS5609
BS5609 tests the performance and durability of the label material and adhesive under conditions of marine exposure, temperature variations, weathering and exposure to salt spray and sunlight.

PE Inkjet White On-Demand
When printed with Epson’s pigment inks, has been approved to BS5609 Section Three. Section Three tests ink key, ink abrasion resistance, and the permanence of the printed ink for specific combinations of self adhesive printing substrate (already approved to Section Two) and printing ink.
